Here’s something you might not expect to hear from a coach:
You’re not special—and that’s actually the best news I can give you.
You’re metabolism isn’t broken.
You’re body doesn’t work any differently.
You’re just human.
You’re a human stuck in an environment and pattern of behaviors that has led you to where you are now.
The late-night snacking? The “I’ll start again Monday” cycle? The good week followed by the crash?
Falling into these traps isn’t proof that you’re incapable… It’s proof that you’re normal.
Every person who’s ever tried to lose weight has felt the same frustration.
The only real difference between people who stay stuck and people who change is that one group stops believing they’re the exception.
Because when you stop believing your struggle is special, you stop waiting for the perfect plan or the perfect moment.
You start doing the simple things that work.
That’s what separates the people with the incredible transformation stories and those who struggle their whole lives.
You don’t need to be special. You just need to start.
